Returns

Due to the nature of our products, Biotech Peptides does not accept returns. Unfortunately, the mishandling of our products can lead to premature degradation. Whether it be due to light or heat exposure, sanitary reasons, or unethical practices, we simply can not and will not accept returns.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and a representative will be in touch with you shortly. We will do everything in our power to resolve any problem you may have.

Missing or Damaged Packages

At Biotech Peptides, customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority.  We hold ourselves accountable to a higher stand that is unfortunately not common in the research peptide industry.  If you receive a package that is damaged, we will send out a replacement FREE of charge. In the rare but inevitable situation that a package gets lost during transport, we will send out the same order FREE of charge.

Orders must be placed by 1 pm PST if you’d like to have your package shipped out the same day.
