CJC-1295 & Ipamorelin Related Studies and Research
CJC is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone, also known as (Drug Affinity Complex: Growth Hormone Releasing Factor). It differs from the Growth Hormone’s structure but performs similarly. This difference in construction is why it has a longer duration of action. It binds to albumin in the blood, increasing its half-life and course of action. CJC-1295 has a different peptide chain not identified by proteolytic enzymes, preventing degradation. It provides the basis for sustained Growth Hormone-like effects. The estimated half-life of CJC-1295 is 7-8 days. It implies that the body keeps producing enhanced levels of Growth Hormone in response to CJC-1295 well beyond the day of its administration.
